  1. If Roses grow in Heaven
Lord, please pick a bunch for me.
Place them in my Mother’s arms
and tell her they’re from me.
Tell her that I love her and miss her,
and when she turns to smile,
place a kiss upon her cheek
    and hold her for awhile.
    Because remembering her is easy,
    I do it every day,
but there’s an ache within my heart
    that will never go away.

I miss you so much, I love you Ma!!!

  2. I am both honored and privileged to have spent the last 3 years as Ma’s caretaker. Most days seem to blur together as one, but I wouldn’t give back a single one. Ma made every day for me worth living. Her sometimes sweet and sometimes sassy comments never ceased to put a smile on my face. We grew a bond these last few years that is priceless. Ma thinks that I was helping her when in reality it was she that helped me. She taught me patience, compassion, empathy, selflessness. The list goes on. Not many people have the privilege of having a “job” that pays you to spend each day with your best friend. I would give anything to have just one more day with her. I love you Ma. We’ll be together again some day.

  3. Missing you terribly, Ma. <3
It was an absolute honor and privilege to know you and to love you for the past 28 years. I still listen to all the voicemails that you've left me and I can't stop watching the countless silly videos we have. Thank you for always for making me laugh and for showing me unconditional love. You've taught me so much and if I become half the woman you are, I would be so lucky. I would give absolutely anything to be able to hear your voice one last time. I love you with all my heart. Forever and ever. When I count my blessings, I count you twice. <3

  4. Ma was one of the sweetest people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. From the first day of meeting her she made me feel welcome in the most natural way possible. She would always ask about Casey (my son), and was completely genuine in her curiosity. It is such a sad loss, but my life was made brighter in the time I was able to spend together with her and her family.

  5. Marie “ma” was a beautiful soul, always cheerful, and full of fun energy. She will be so very missed <3 my condolences to the entire family. Love you all
