He was the glue for our team – he was smart, honest, and hard working and did all the little things that made the engine go! We were sad to see him leave UBS but excited for his new journey toward education. The world was a better place with him in it . Rest In Peace Jim

  8. Sophia, Peter and Anna,
Our deepest sympathy and prayers go out to you at this very sad time. We remember Jim from his commitment to the church and his cheerful attitude.

  9. I had the pleasure of working with Jim for two years at Tomlinson, as teammates in 6th grade. His sense of humor and easy smile connected with me immediately. Jim was my tech guru and a ready accomplice in a fun approach to the classroom! His firm, but caring teaching style made him a valuable part of our community. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Jim on a daily basis. My heart goes out to his family and friends.

  10. I worked with Jim as part of BTE at UBS – he was my Americas Regional Head and a foundation stone of the global team. None of us will forget his great sense of humour, his smile and his dedication to his team and colleagues, but more importantly his devotion to his family.
I will never forget our team trips to China Grill and the lobster pancakes we shared – although I think Jim always preferred the desserts 😉.
Jim was an inspiration, a font of knowledge, a happy soul and a true friend.
Love and hugs, always . . . Until we meet again my dear friend xxx

  11. We are all so sorry to hear of Jim’s passing. Several of my children had him at TMS and adored him. Even in his first year at TMS he connected with the children and taught them with humor and ease.
    He will be missed.

  12. I was shocked and saddened to hear of Jimmy’s passing this morning. We were great friends throughout college, at Marist and in Paris for our junior year abroad. We travelled around Europe together and shared in so many of my fondest memories. Nicki, Dermot, Jimmy and I were inseparable that year and formed a life long bond. I stayed in touch, but not nearly often enough and we lost track of one another in recent years. I wish it wasn’t so. He was a true friend and he made the world a better place. I hope his children and his loved ones will find peace in time with this incredible loss.

  13. To the Children and Family,
