  3. I am so very sorry for your loss. I met Kristin through the Fairfield Special Education PTA (SEPTA). She truly was the nicest, most genuine person I have ever met. I pray that her children, her husband and the rest of her family and friends have the strength to get through this difficult time. Rest In Peace Kristin, you will be missed.

  4. I am so, so, sorry for your loss. Kristin had an incredible impact on this world. When my son was diagnosed with Leukemia Kristin reached out to us and shared such honest empathy. Those gestures have such a huge impact and will be sorely missed. I know how hard she battled and I am so glad I was able to see her this past summer. She inspired me and my family. We are so sad. Our best to Kristin’s big amazing family and may there be some peace accompanying you as you mourn your loss. If there is anything I can do from Scituate please don’t hesitate to ask.

  6. Very sorry to hear about losing Kristin… My thoughts and prayers are with you all Mooney’s and Willer’s…I met Kristin and family back in the early 1980s being good friends and high school classmates with her brother Jim, then my sister Patty became classmates at NDA with Kristin in the late 80s.. Always at 7 Glades Road there were Kristin and Heather, ready to walk over to Minot Beach every summer morning, ready for the day with bright smiles waiting to see what the sun, surf, and sand (and probably the ice cream truck too) would bring…God Bless You Kristin!!

    Your Friend,

  10. Hi Willer & Mooney Family –
I am so saddened to hear of Kristin’s passing. I went to high school NDA with Kristin. She was one of US!! She was so funny, SMART, open-minded, witty and wise. In recent years, Kristin reached out to me as I struggled to find a diagnosis for my now eight year-old daughter whom we learned has a rare genetic disease. Kristin had been thru her own medical detective search for Jack. She was the supportive outreach, listening ear I needed. It meant so much to me that she reached out and I thought of her and Jack all the time. I only learned of her battle with colon cancer TODAY because of a post by a classmate and hence learned of her death. Today, my heart sank and hurts. I lost my mother 27 years ago to breast cancer. For any child, and especially a young girl, it’s hard. My prayers are with her children, and especially her daughter who had a remarkable mother that I am confident gave all her kids an amazing foundation to build upon and flourish. And to her husband that lost a teammate and friend and her entire family. Just know she is watching over all of you. She’s on fully duty. Talk to her. She’s still will you. She was AWESOME!!! Healing thoughts to all of you and her amazing circle of friends. xo – Cheryl
