She attended Roger Ludlowe High School in Fairfield and graduated with the class of 1971. Donna enjoyed spending time in her garden as well as playing computer games and shopping at a variety of stores. She cherished her four cats, Belvedere, Jasmine, Stella and Toes, and her two dogs, Tenille and Snoopy. In addition to her loving husband of 35 years, Douglas Collier, Donna is survived by her son, Shawn Collier, her sister Susan Nestor, and her five nieces and nephews, Shailene Fellows, Jessica Anderson, Dana Desing-Brewster, Kevin Desing, and David Desing. In lieu of flowers the family would like to ask for donations to be sent to DaVita Dialysis Center, 750 Bridgeport Ave., Shelton, CT 06484 and to the American Diabetes Association 362 RXR Plaza, Uniondale, NY 11556. 1. Dear Doug and Shawn: Just saw Donna’s obituary in the Sunday papers and send our sympathy to you both. Donna was a very friendly lady and I’m sure she will be missed by all who knew her. Again, so sorry. In sympathy, Lorraine and Roy

  2. My heartfelt condolences for the loss of your beloved, Donna. Please know that Jehovah God and his son Jesus Christ is aware of your pain and they care for you. (2 Corinthians 1:3,4) . I pray that you are able to find comfort in God’s promise of paradise where there will be no more pain and sorrow (Revelation 21:4,5)  and the many wonderful  memories of your loved one becoming a reality in the future resurrection in paradise.  (Acts 24:15). Please accept my sincere condolences.
